When we first helped Whitney plan Zach’s epic 30th birthday party, we knew that someday, their wedding would be a celebration to remember. We didn’t anticipate that the engagement would also cause quite a stir, when Zach constructed the words “Will You Marry Me?” in giant, lighted letters on a cliff overlooking the ocean.
The couple chose the scene of this special engagement, Zach’s family ranch in Half Moon Bay, to host their wedding as well. Whitney’s design inspiration was sparked by her love of cozy old Scotch bars and classic Ralph Lauren. Amber Moon ran with this inspiration in the printed materials, incorporating leather, brass foil, and vintage animal studies in the design. We then worked with Mindy Rice Design to bring this non-traditional wedding inspiration to life onsite.
